The calculators run entirely in your browser. Loan amounts, property values and rates you enter are never sent to us. They appear in the page address so you can bookmark or share a comparison, so treat a shared link as sharing those numbers.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, to count page views. Cloudflare processes standard request data (such as IP address) to deliver and protect the site.

We also record anonymous usage counts for each page view so we can improve the tools: the page, the referring site, your country and device type, whether you used the calculator, which buttons or links you pressed, how far you scrolled and how long the page was open. This uses no cookies and no identifiers that last beyond the page, and never includes anything you type. Add ?notrack=1 to any page address to turn it off in your browser.

Links to lenders go straight to the lender’s own site; we don’t pass on any information about you.

If we add advertising in future, this page will be updated before any advertising cookies are used.
